2 Prenatal Visits
Depending on your situation and what services you would like, I offer 2 Prenatal Visits and/or 2 Postnatal Visits
During labor
During Labor I will be with you as soon as you'd like me to be, helping you and coaching you until a couple hours after your little one has arrived
Baby’s first feeding Support
If you have any questions or need any help with baby's first feeding, I will be right there with any information or techniques needed
Postpartum follow-up visits
My services include 1-2 Postpartum follow-up visits where I will be able to do whatever you'd like (Cook dinner, do laundry, hold baby while you shower, clean, etc...) and to also review your birth experience

Labor and Newborn Photography
I will be offering Photography for your special moments during or after labor

As a Doula, I Do Not:
Perform any clinical tasks
As a Doula, I am not medically qualified to preform any clinical tasks, but I am able to help you decide what you would like to be done
Make decisions for you
If there is a decision to me made, I can help you, but ultimately it is your decision and I will respect any choice you make
Project any of my own beliefs onto your experience
I respect you and your decisions. I would never push my beliefs or views onto someone. When asked, I will give my opinion freely, but never in a way to judge or condemn anyone. While it would be very hard for me to find someone I am not comfortable with, I also reserve the right to say no to a client I am not comfortable in coaching.
