Hello there! My Name is Lydia Rey.

I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula serving the Redlands, Yucaipa, Beaumont and Loma Linda areas in Ca.

I am married to my best friend and we have three beautiful children.

Ever since I was younger, my favorite TV show was A Baby Story on TLC. Watching these women become mothers made me really want to become a mother someday and to help women during and after birth.

In May of 2015 I had my daughter. I gave birth to her naturally at a birth center near my house. My midwife was so amazing and basically was my doula as well. Encouraging me, praising me, helping me get into different positions to help with pain and ultimately helped bring my little one into the world.

After she was born, my mother acted as my Postpartum doula as she helped me do laundry, fed me, held baby while I showered and so much more.

I realized during this time that a lot of women don't have this kind of much needed support  in their lives and I really wanted to further my education to become a Doula. Since then, I have become certified and have assisted in so many beautiful births and postpartum periods.

My passion is for you and the birth you want to achieve and I would love to get to know you better and help you along your path of Motherhood.
